Alternator Voltage Regulator AVR for Generator 

An automatic voltage regulator AVR is a solid-state electronic device that automatically maintains generator output terminal voltage at a set value. It will maintain constant output voltage as the load increase or decreases. The AVR is part of the alternator's excitation system.
